What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us at support@strivepulsefit.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with packaging included. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our checkout is fully secure and encrypted for your safety.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us at hassan@strivepulsefit.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to more countries in the near future. Stay tuned for updates.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping to anywhere in the United States takes 7-12 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package every step of the way.
How do I find my size?
Our posture corrector comes in three sizes — Small, Medium, and Large. Small fits chest sizes 28-32 inches, Medium fits 33-38 inches, and Large fits 39-45 inches. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
